If your request for a return is approved, the refund will be granted and credited back to the account it was originally charged to no later than 7 business days after the product has been received by 1stphorm. It may take up to 3-5 working days for the bank to recognize the credit on your end and for your account to reflect the credit.

We do ask that you cover the return shipping costs and items must be returned (ship date) within 30 days of the original purchase in order to receive the full refund plus 10%.
